Ian Taylor
BEng (Hons) MSc CEng MIFireE
Ian founded Fraigneux in 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience in fire safety. He began his career as an operational fire officer and has since worked as a consulting fire engineer, gaining Chartered Engineer status in 2008.
Ian has a first class bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering and a master's degree in Fire & Explosion Engineering. He was won awards for both his research and design work, and has published research using CFD modelling with the University of Leeds.
Iain Burwood

Iain is a Chartered Building Engineer and qualified Building Control Surveyor with extensive experience in risk mitigation of high-rise residential buildings.
He specialises in reviewing the design and installation of building facades and regularly presents to industry on facade design and risk management.
Rob Ellingham
BEng (Hons)
Rob has nearly 30 years of experience in the fire industry, having worked in a number of roles including as a fire-fighter and fire engineer for London Fire Brigade.
Rob has been a consulting fire engineer for over a decade, where his roles have included fire engineering design, fire risk assessment and training of the UK Fire & Rescue Services. He has sat on a number of BSI committees and has helped to develop many fire engineering standards.
